The property is currently operating as a business and can accommodate 15/25 guests. It features a range of well-maintained facilities, including a pool with lawns, a cellar, an industrial kitchen, and an auxiliary dining area in the garden. The house has eight spacious double rooms and one triple room, all with integrated bathrooms, and the double rooms can accommodate extra beds.

Several warehouses, blending harmoniously with the rest of the property, are used to store pool and garden equipment, as well as unused furniture.

The property is nestled on a 5,400 m2 plot with gardens, fruit trees, and a small forest. Inside the house, the rooms are fully equipped, with amenities such as television, telephone, internet access, extra beds, etc. All the furniture is included in the property's price.

The mouth of the Miño River, A Guarda, and Baiona are an hour away. The Monte Santa Tecla with its archaeological site and castreñas constructions are also an hour away. Serra de Peneda-Xeres (Portugal) is an hour away, and the Domaio golf course is 45 minutes away.
