Situated in the Concello of Ourol this house is totally alone with no other neighbours. It is on a plot of 4 hectares surrounded by trees and the upper part of the river Sor. The sawmill and the mill are bordering the lower part of the farm next to the river Sor. Both were fed from a small dam upstream.
Both buildings are not in use at the moment, but the walls and roofs are still standing.

Both the sawmill and the carpentry workshop are fed by the canal that comes from a small dam on the river.
Inside the house there is a cooker for feeding the pigs that has been kept. It consists of a large boiler on a stand with a place to put a fire underneath.
For many years the house has been self-sufficient in all kinds of products and even had many beehives for honey production. There is also an old loom in one of the buildings next to the house.
The owner has 11 separate plots of land with a total of 309098m (31 hectares) (77 acres) more which could be bought separately if desired. Most of the land is in timber or hillsides.
The plots are spread between the municipalties of Ourol and Muras
