This is a property with many possibilities. As we see in the photos, we have 8 useful parts, they are:

The house has a kitchen, a dining room, 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. An interior pantry is accessed from the kitchen. We have already mentioned the extension number 6 for the storage of cleaning utensils and hot water heater.

In the oven area there is a wood-burning cooker which heats the kitchen and the two access rooms. The rest of the house is heated by the wood cooker in the living room. The living room cooker has two speeds with a fan, providing heat more or less quickly where it is needed.

The whole finca is surrounded by a green metal fence, which surrounds the 1,400 metres that make up the finca.

There is mains water and a borehole, which is consumed by the owners.

The house has been used almost only on weekends, so it is kept in a good state of conservation. It is sold as seen in the visit, furnished, being removed only some personal belongings that will be mentioned at the time.

It has good electricity and wifi connection.

It has a septic tank which is emptied every 6 or 7 years, the last time it was emptied was at the beginning of 2023.
