The village offers 12 rooms with 25 accommodation places distributed across the different rural houses. Each accommodation is fully furnished with new furniture and has a complete kitchen equipped with all appliances (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), living room with sofas, coffee table, TV and fireplace or wood stove, and complete bedrooms with beds, bedside tables, wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors. All bathrooms have double-head showers and some include bidets.

Of the current 12 rooms, 9 have double beds (7 of 150cm and 2 of 135cm) and 3 rooms have 2 single beds of 90cm, offering flexibility for different types of guests. Each accommodation has an independent boiler for propane and radiator heating.

Bar-restaurant with professional capacity

The bar-restaurant of 147 m² includes bar area with wood-fired oven, fully equipped kitchen with professional equipment, grill area, storage and 2 adapted toilets. The dining room has capacity for 70 diners with independent entrances from the bar, and an exterior terrace of 250 m² that becomes an events area during summer, where the complex's swimming pool is installed.

Modern infrastructure and energy sustainability

The village has a photovoltaic installation of 45 solar panels and 6 batteries with capacity for 21 kW direct and 31 kW storable, potentially reaching 62 kW storable with the complete installation. The system includes a 92-horsepower emergency generator, allowing total energy independence.

The potable water supply comes from an own spring with a 10,000-litre tank with constant renewal. Heating and hot water run on propane through an underground 8,350-litre tank. The village has a septic tank of 15,000 litres and exterior lighting with motion sensors that respects the starry sky characteristic of the area.

A Pobra do Brollón is part of the Serra do Courel, declared a UNESCO World Geopark in 2019 and a Biosphere Reserve since 2021 together with the Ribeira Sacra. This international recognition certifies the exceptional geological, natural and cultural value of the territory.

The Serra do Courel, known as 'Galicia's great green reserve', hosts 50% of the community's plant species in just 2% of Galician territory. Its ancient forests, such as the famous Devesa da Rogueira known as 'the last Galician forest', offer unique landscapes with chestnuts, oaks, beeches, yews and hollies.

The environment provides multiple active tourism activities: hiking on marked trails, speleology in caves with underground lakes, canyoning on some of the best descents in Galicia, and observation of native fauna including wolves, wild boar, roe deer and birds of prey.
