A Walled Enclosure with History and Character

Upon entering the estate, we cross a majestic wooden gate, crowned by a large noble coat of arms on its upper arch. Once inside, we discover a set of perfectly preserved buildings, among which several architecturally valuable rooms stand out. These can be accessed from two interconnected inner courtyards, linked by a second wooden bridge that features a lookout with a balcony on its upper part. From the courtyards, we can enter the different rooms.

• Main house, where we find a large living room, a library, a kitchen with a fireplace from which we can access another older kitchen with a lareira, a meat-drying room, and a wood-fired oven. There are also multiple other rooms. Throughout the property, its noble past can be appreciated.
• Another large two-story building, where the ground floor houses the old stables and a winery, while the upper floor contains a set of rooms that were once used for various artisanal crafts.
• The Chapel, vaulted in stone and featuring a beautifully preserved altarpiece. This chapel can be accessed directly from the main house, from the inner courtyard, and even from the street. Its main facade is adorned with a large clock.
• Old stables and a wood-fired oven

Outside the walled enclosure, there are wineries in need of major restoration, as the roof is in a rather deteriorated state.

Also outside, there is a large expanse of land crossed by a river, featuring a vegetable garden and an extensive forest with centuries-old trees.

This is one of the most attractive properties, offering potential for both residential and agricultural use. It includes three hectares of vineyard that would need to be brought back into production.

The estate also boasts a forest of great ecological value, a spacious vegetable garden with a river and a washhouse, two large wineries, stables, and extensive storage buildings.
