House in Trabada

The house has two floors of 109m2 or 218m2.

It is situated on a plot of land of 6360m2, approximately half of which is urban, so more could be built on this part of the land.

There is also another plot of land behind of 4143m2 which is agricultural and the total of the two plots is 10,503m2.

There is only one neighbour nearby which has its own driveway from the road.

The house has been restored in an almost unique way with the whole of the upper floor being done on an interior balcony and the heating comes from a wood burning cooker in the lower part, but having such a long chimney effectively heats the whole house. This gives a large interior space that goes all the way to the ceiling. Two rooms are on the interior balcony and there is another one on the ground floor.

The roof construction is really exemplary.

On the ground floor we have a bathroom, a nice and very functional kitchen with all appliances, and a wooden staircase to reach the balcony. There is also a nice dining room and the room mentioned above.

All the carpentries are really nice PVC imitation wood doors and windows.

The house is on a concrete base which takes out any dampness that may arise.

The views from the house are great. The house is situated only 1.6km from Trabada, the centre of the town.

It also has the best of the north coast being only 12 km from the famous beach of Os Catedrais, 16 km from Ribadeo, 12 km from Foz etc.
